Hard stains(when house is very old and not possible to clean)

Step 1: Call the Partner and check for PAF reversal reason and scenario , if the reason comes out to be out of scope (old house abandoned for months with hard stains )then follow next step

Step 2: Check for video/phto proof uploaded by Partner , then go ahead and Reverse PAF, else Reject PAF and inform the Partner, if the Proof is not clear then call Customer and Partner both to confirm the scenario. Also guide the Partner to upload clear video/photo proof for future out of scope scenarios.
