Italian marble / Cemented floor- cleaning

Check for video/phto proof uploaded by Partner , if the proof matches with the images shown below then go ahead and Reverse PAF or else Reject PAF and inform the Partner, if the Proof is not clear then call Customer and Partner both to confirm the scenario. Also guide the Partner to upload clear video proof for future out of scope scenarios.
In Italian Marble: If in a WC area or shower area there is Italian marble on wall and in floor area tiles/Indian marble/Cemented floor: then this case will not be considered as out of scope partner have to deliver service
