Key Rules

• Normal/Hygiene Cleaning: Can be delivered if the customer agrees to cleaning without lifting the automatic stove → No Reversal.

• Deep Cleaning: If the customer specifically requires deep cleaning, including cleaning from both sides → Reversal.

• Customer Unreachable: If the customer is not reachable and the stove is automatic → Reversal.
