SOP: Blockage Removal Using Metal Wire Snake Tool

• If a blockage in the kitchen sink, bathroom drain, balcony drain, or similar drainage area can be cleared using a metal wire snake tool, it will not be considered an Out of Scope (OOS) case.

• The partner is expected to remove the blockage using the metal wire snake tool and complete the service.

• No OOS reversal will be applicable in such cases.
