1.Unable to Diagnose- 

There should be no cases under this cohort, as partners are expected to be trained to diagnose all supported TV issues- No Reversal

2. Spare Parts Not Available cases-

Cases where Spare Parts are Not Available may vary on a case-by-case basis

This scenario typically applies when the appliance is an older or rare model for which spare parts are no longer available. 

Such cases can be marked as PAF. Trainers may review and manually remove them where applicable.- Reverse

Partners are instructed not to operate on the following appliance types. These cases should be treated as Out of Scope (OOS)

TV OOS-

• CRT TVs

• Plasma TVs

• OLED TVs

• Projectors

• Routers

• Set-top boxes

• Commercial locations
