SOP: Bathroom Cleaning – Multiple Sections

• If a customer has one WC area and one separate shower area but has booked 1 Bathroom Cleaning, it will be considered one bathroom, not two.

• The presence of separate sections (such as the WC area and shower area) does not make it two bathrooms.

• Walls, glass partitions, doors, mirrors, or other internal divisions should not be considered for counting additional bathrooms.

• The partner is required to complete the service for the booked bathroom.

• This will not be treated as an Out of Scope (OOS) case, and no OOS cancellation or reversal is applicable.
