Reversal in Incorrect category

• If the customer books an Electrician, but the service requires a Plumber or Carpenter, the case will be considered Out of Scope (OOS) and reversal will be provided.

• Similarly, if the customer books a Plumber or Carpenter, but the service requires an Electrician, the case will be considered OOS and reversal will be provided.

Action: If the required service falls under a different professional category than the one booked by the customer, PAF reversal should be provided under the OOS scenario.
