Wall/Tiles Breaking Required: The partner can provide the service if wall or tile breaking is required as part of the job, unless the customer disagrees with the breaking work.

Customer Disagrees: If the customer does not agree to wall/tile breaking, the case should not be considered OOS, and no reversal should be provided.
Finishing on wall/Tiles breaking after the service will not be done by plumber if customer disagree and want service including finish then also no reversal in oos
Action: If wall/tile breaking is required and the partner is willing to perform the service, PAF should be retained. Customer disagreement with the required breaking work does not qualify for an OOS reversal.
