Incorrect Package: No reversal should be provided if the partner is assigned an incorrect package but the service falls within the partner’s category and can be performed by them.

• Electrician: Can work on all SKUs falling under the Electrician category.

• Plumber: Can work on all SKUs falling under the Plumber category.

• Carpenter: Can work on all SKUs falling under the Carpenter category.

Action: If the requested service falls under the partner’s respective category, the PAF should be retained and no reversal should be provided.
