Definition
The kitchen is heavily infested with insects (cockroaches, ants, etc.), and cx is expecting a pest control treatment as well.

Why it’s OOS
Cleaning cannot effectively remove pests; without pest control, the bugs will remain and pose hygiene risks to both the pro and the customer

How to check visited cancellations?
- Mandatory to call customer and understand the scope of work
- Check on Video call with partner on job issue 
- Ask partner to upload photo on chat details in logs section 
- Check partner/customer escalation ticket
