Customer is expecting Interior Cabinet Cleaning when only Exterior is Booked

Definition
This occurs when a customer books a package that explicitly includes only exterior cleaning of cabinets/trolley units, but upon arrival requests cleaning of interiors as well. Interior cleaning requires emptying cabinets, handling utensils/items, and more time — all of which are outside the booked service scope.

Why it’s OOS
The booked SKU/service does not include interior cabinet cleaning; doing so requires additional effort, tools, and time beyond the agreed service.    

How to check visited cancellations?
- Mandatory to call customer and understand the scope of work
- Check on Video call with partner on job issue 
- Ask partner to upload photo on chat details in logs section 
- Check partner/customer escalation ticket
