Definition
Deep, aged stains on surfaces that cannot be removed using standard cleaning.

Examples: 
Rust stains on any surface in kitchen
Stubborn algae stains under the sink
Old hard water marks on sink, slab and tiles
Paint or polish marks on cabinet  (exterior and interior)
Citrus stains on granite/marble slab
Citrus and oil stains on floor
Any type of hard stains on cemented flooring
Oil and grease stains on paint wall
Turmeric stains on paint wall

Why it’s OOS
Our process is designed for general dirt/grime; some stains require industrial cleaning agents and prolonged treatment.

How to check visited cancellations?
- Mandatory to call customer and understand the scope of work
- Check on Video call with partner on job issue 
- Ask partner to upload photo on chat details in logs section 
- Check partner/customer escalation ticket
