OUT OF SCOPE AC Introduction

Out of Scope/ Visited Cancellation

 We will provide service to customers who have window and split AC even at commercial location(not for any other AC for which ask Partner to create ticket from Job's help section under "This Job is unsafe" ).

 Please  guide the partner to provide the service if customer has window or split AC.

We also need to inform customers that GST bill will not be provided. 

Out of scope cases are the cases which cant be delivered by any pro of that category. 

What is Out of Scope ?    Out of Scope" ka matlab hai woh kaam jo service mein officially include nahi hai aur kisi bhi service provider ke liye deliver karna possible nahi hai. Yeh aise tasks hain jo company ke standard offerings ke bahar hain ya phir jo resources ya expertise ki requirement poori nahi karte.
