UnSafe FRT
- Unsafe ticket assignment should be ≤ 1mins
- After assignment of tickets within or less than a min agent should connect with partner through I-Frame within a minute.
- After connecting through I-Frame then connect with partner on Video Zoom Call (UC Live Call)
- Genuine Unsafe booking to be cancelled by agent under UC at Fault>Service Out of Scope

Visited Cancellation FRT 
- Visited Cancellation ticket assignment should be ≤ 3mins
- After assignment of tickets within or less than a min agent should connect with partner through I-Frame within a minute.
- After connecting through I-Frame then connect with partner on Video Zoom Call (UC Live Call)

- Genuine Out Of scope booking to be cancelled by agent under  UC at Fault>Service Out of Scope
